Mad Hatler’s Designs is owned and managed by Judd Hatler, a horticulturist, an entomologist, and a multifaceted artist. He laughs easily, questions intently, and is constantly looking for new peaks to scale and tall buildings to leap. Judd is the rare person who is unafraid to fail, for his notion is that he will have gained valuable knowledge from the experience. He brings with him a multitude of positivity and a persistence to achieve the highest standard of floral excellence.
